How to Add a Word to Dictionary on HTC One

The predictive text uses the phone’s dictionary to predict what you are typing. You may add your own words to the dictionary, so the phone suggests them as well. To add words and also create shortcut for them do as follows:

 

1. Open “Settings” and go to “Language and Keyboard”

2. Tap “HTC Sense Input”

3. Tap “Personal Dictionary” (Edit or sync personal dictionary

4. Hit each words to edit or hit “Plus” icon on the top right to add a new word or phrase as well as its shortcut
