How to control Data Usage on Android

To control your Data Usage Just navigate to Settings > Wireless and networks > Data usage. To limit your internet bandwidth traffic enable Set mobile data limit. You can then adjust several different parameters like: Data usage cycle and Data usage graph. Two lines are visible on the graph. You can adjust them easily by tapping on them. The orange one is used to Set Data Usage Warning and the red one to adjust Data Usage Limit. You will get a warning when bandwidth reaches to the orange line and your connection to the internet might be disconnected if you pass the bandwidth limit, to prevent any more costs. This feature is only available in Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 and later versions.
