Since live wallpapers don't appear on app drawer, to uninstall or remove them, you need to go to Application manager. To delete Live Wallpaper on Android phone and tablets, do as follows:
1. Open "Settings" app
2. Go to "Application Manager"
** On Samsung Galaxy devices with Jelly Bean, this menu is accessible right from settings. On Galaxy S4 you may need to change tab. on HTC One with Sense 5.0 you need to look for "Apps"
3. There should be 3 tabs in this menu: Downloaded, Running, All
4. Find the Live Wallpaper you want to delete and tap it
5. Hit "Uninstall" and wait for the process to be finished
