Other than Power Saving Apps, Samsung Galaxy S4 has a built in Power Saving mode and you can enable CPU Power Saving, Screen power saving, Turn off Haptic feedback. Power Saving Mode is enabled by doing as follows:
1. Open "Settings" app
2. Go to "My Device" tab
3. Enable "Power saving mode" and tap on it
4. On the opened menu, you have 3 options:
a. CPU Power Saving: Limit the maximum performance of the CPU
b. Screen power saving: Use low power level for screen
c. Turn off haptic feedback: Turning off haptic feedback can extend battery life
