Samsung added some tempting software features to Galaxy Note 3, and we name these features as one of the main reasons which is worth upgrading from Note 2 to Note 3. The question is how to get Galaxy Note 3 Features on Note 2, so you don't have to change note 2 for this very reason?

There is no official news from Samsung regarding this issue, and so you have to use custom ROMs to get Note 3 features on your Note 2. XDA members developed a reliable custom ROM with the minimum errors and bugs (of course you shouldn't expect a flawless functionality), and by installing this ROM on your Galaxy Note 2 you will get the following Note 3 features: Air Command, One Hand Operations inside Settings, and many more
