Like Galaxy S3, S4 can take picture with a voice command. The camera starts shooting as you command the device with your voice. To enable voice commands on your S4 follow the instructions:
1. After opening "Camera" app, tap on Option Key (or Menu Key which is on the left of the Home button)
2. Tap on Setting
3. Choose the last tab
4. Scroll down to find "Voice Control" and turn it On
5. If you have disabled "Voice Control", now you are directed to "Voice Control" Setting
6. Enable the "Voice Control" and make sure "Camera" is marked
** Note that you can always check "Voice Control" settings by going to "Setting" app, "My Device" tab.
