When Google sent invitation for an event on October 24th, everyone believed it is about announcing the new Nexus series and new version of Android. But according to some reliable sources, the event is just about Google Play new services, and there is no Nexus5 or Android KitKat 4.4 revealing.
So, it seems we should still stick on 28th as the date for Nexus 5 and KitKat event.
2. Sony Wireless Chargers To Charge Smartphones in an Hour
How often do you use a wireless charger to charge your smartphone? The answer is almost never! Isn’t it? But Sony is reportedly to working on a new device which is compatible with Qi standards to be charged wirelessly and can use twice the electricity as other devices which brings us 1 hour as the charging time.
So, since there is no solid way to increase the battery power of smartphones, we should be glad to have our devices charged faster.
3. Jelly Bean 4.3 for T-Mobile HTC One and Sony Xperia Z and L
T-Mobile is going to release the Jelly Bean update for HTC One on October 21st, while there are some rumors indicating that the former Sony flagship, Xperia Z, will get the update sometime in November. There is also confirmed information for the availability of Jelly Bean 4.3 for Xperia L in mid-November as well.
