1. Samsung Q3 2013 Earnings Announced: $7.75 billion Net Profit
Samsung announced its 3rd quarter earnings and they had 26% growth than the same period last year, which gives us $7.24 billion USD as the net profit. While High-end devices shipments have remained at similar level, but thanks to the great sales of Mid-end and Low-end Galaxy devices, the company reached operating profit of $9.56 billion $55.59 billion of revenue.
2. Sony Made the Xperia Z1 Camera Even Better
Sony released an update for its 20.7 MP device to improve the rear camera performance. The update which has been rece ntly rolled out is expected to bring these features/improvements to your Xperia Z1 phone: improved color reproduction and contrast, capturing more details in shadows, and less noise.
3. Nexus 5 Cases Arrive At the End of October, So does the Device
October is coming to end and still no official news about LG Nexus 5. For now, we just know some details about the hardware features of Nexus 5 as well as some screen shots about the new Android version, Android Kit Kat.
Spigen is a company producing high quality accessories for smartphones and according to their Twitter account, the cases for Nexus 5 will be shipped at the end of October, and it means we shouldn’t wait till November to see the latest Google & LG collaboration.
