Today, we are going to discuss the latest LG tablet which is an 8 inches tablet and is from the LG's G-series.
Design
The G Pad 8.3 design is such that it is easily manageable with one hand. This tablet with 8.3 mm thickness has weighted just 338mg. Then, besides having a suitable size, has a very good weight and thickness too. This tablet similar to its family’s flagship, LG G2, doesn’t have any button in the front and uses three virtual android buttons.
Hardware
The processor of G pad 8.3 is a quad core Snapdragon 600 with a frequency of 1.7 GHz, thus it will not be as powerful as the current LG’s flagship. With this processor, 2GB of LPDDR2 ram is considered. In addition to 2GB of ram, 16GB of storage is considered too. The screen of this tablet is 8.3 inches and its resolution is full HD. Therefore, we are facing the first 8.3 full HD tablet in the world. The pixel density of the display is 273 pixels per inch, which is really great for a tablet.
The device has a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus feature. LG doesn’t forget the video calls, so it is equipped the device with a 1.3 megapixel front camera as well.
Software
The device comes with Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and decorated with beautiful LGs’ user interface. Among the software feature of this tablet we can name these,
KnockOn: By touching the display twice, the screen will turn on.
QPair: This option will enable send and receive of messages, emails and notes from any Jelly Bean device.
QSlide: Similar to Samsung’s Multi Window, it can run three apps simultaneously beside each other on the screen.
