Samsung brought a new context to mobile industry by introducing Galaxy Note 1 as the first Phablet (Phone + Tablet)! Samsung attracted attention of both users and critics to some unusual mobile size at 2011 (5.3 inches display is not unusual anymore), and made them believe such size is necessary for users (Just like what apple did with Tablet industry by introducing a 10inces device). Due to the warm reception, the Korean continued Galaxy Note series by introducing Galaxy Note2, Galaxy Note10.1 and the latest one Galaxy Note8.0 (See: Galaxy Note 8.0 review & Galaxy Note 2 review). Now all the rumors are about Galaxy Note2 Successor which is expected to be announced at IFA 2013 and be called Galaxy Note3. Let’s review the expected features based on some reliable sources:

Display

One of the main features of next generation of Galaxy Note is its type and size. The size is expected to be 6 inches and the resolution is being full HD. But there are lots of rumors and guess regarding the screen type. It was first expected to see a Super AMOLED, but since this phablet comes with a S-Pen stylus, it is expected to use LCD display technology due to its high accuracy and response to S-Pen touches. At the end, we should not forget about flexible screens and Samsung may use a PHOLED display and surprise us all.

Key Lime Pie or Jelly Bean?

Most of experts used to believe that we should wait for Key Lim Pie on Galaxy Note3. But, after Google I/O, Jelly Bean 4.3 is much more expected than Android 5. The Graphic user interface is the famous Samsung TouchWiz and we expect to see the software features of Galaxy S4 as well as some new innovations by using the S-Pen (See: Samsung S Pen Features)

Hardware

According to rumors, the phone is expected to be powered by Exynos 5 Octa, which is an 8-Core processor clocked to a frequency of 2 GHz or higher. Furthermore, it features 2GB of RAM and PowerVR SGX 544MP as the GPU. The camera is expected to be 13 MP with camera modes and features available on Galaxy S4.

Body Design

Should be waiting for another Samsung phone with the same old plastic body (polycarbonate) design? There is no firm answer! Some believe Samsung is going to use similar plastic build like Galaxy S4 and some other hope to see a metal design on Galaxy Note3. Latest rumors specify we should wait for the same design.
