
Acer can be categorized as one the companies which progress slowly but they move forward firm and solid. Acer’s first press conference of 2014, which happens to be Jasons Chen’s first event to host as the Acer’s President and CEO, is about “Touch More Connected” and “Explore Beyond Limits” and will be placed in New York City on April 29.
For now, there are not much detailed information about what to expect and the new products to be announced, but judging by the rumors from different sources we should expect to see new generation of Acer’s Chromebook 2014 laptops, the budget 7-inch tablet called Acer Iconia One 7, and more details about the Acer Liquid E3 which according to a brief demo at MWC 2014 by Acer the mentioned smartphone is expected to feature a 4.7-inch HD IPS screen, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 13MP main camera, Android KitKat, rear buttons, and front LED flash.
So, let’s mark our calendars on April 29 to find out more about Acer’s new lines of products for 2014, and since the first impression is an important key to success in today’s business, the new Acer’s CEO, Jason Chen, may have some surprises for us and of course the impatient shareholders.
