On Samsung Galaxy with Jelly Bean there are 2 default Android widgets, called: Favorite Settings and Favorite Apps. Let’s take a look at them:
Go to the widget list of your Galaxy phone, and find “Favorite Settings” widget. Tap and hold the widget to bring it on the home screen, Since the widget is using the whole page, you may need to create a page.
