iPhone users can finally connect their iPhone to Android smartwatches running Android Wear and enjoy the most of Android wear (Almost the most). To connect iPhone to Android watch, do as follows:
1. Download and install the Android Wear app from the App Store
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your iPhone and open the Android Wear app
3. Wait for the app to find the supported Android watch (running Android wear)
4. You may be asked to confirm a code before paring gets completed
5. Now the smartwatch and iPhone are paired and connected
4. Once the connection is established, you are required to login with your Google account and grant the asked permissions to let the Android Wear start working

Note 2: LG Watch Urbane is the first Android wear watch which supports iPhone connection officially. Google has promised more devices will be added to the list soon, including the Asus ZenWatch 2 and Huawei Watch
Note 3: If your iPhone is not able to find your smartwatch, perform a factory reset on your watch
Note 4: As you may expect, at the moment there are several limitations on the Android Wear (The iPhone version) compared to its Android version. For example you cannot reply iMessage or Hangouts message from your wrist and you can only read the message.
