How to Create A Folder on Galaxy S5 App Tray


 

 

 

 

 

If you care too much about a tidy and well-organized app tray on your Android device, you probably need to create a folder and add applications to it. To  create a folder on Galaxy S5 App Tray, do as follows:

1. Go to App tray (App drawer, or where you see the list of your installed applications)
2. Tap the 3dot icon on the top right and tap the "Create Folder" option
3. Enter folder name
4. Tap the Plus icon and mark/select the application you want to add to the created folder
5. Tap Done when done

 

To add more applications to the Folder, tap the 3dot icon and tap the "Edit" option. Now tap to open the folder and there you should see the ADD icon.

 

To Remove an application from a folder, tap the 3dot icon and tap the "Edit" option. Now tap to open the folder, and simply Drag & Drop the app icon out of the folder space

 

To Remove a Folder completely, tap the 3dot icon and tap the "Edit" option. Now Press & Hold your finger on the folder and Drag it to the Remove icon on top right
