How to Disable / Enable USB Debugging on Android

The USB Debugging feature is not necessarily just for developers, rooting or flashing custom ROMs and you may need to enable USB Debugging on Android for other stuff, like recovering deleted files.

By the way, to disable / enable USB Debugging mode on Android do as follows:

1. Open Settings and go to the Developer Options settings (You can find it under the System settings)
2.Under the Debugging settings, simply mark the USB Debugging option to enable the mode when USB is connected

Note that for security reasons, Google decided to hide the Developer Options settings on the newer versions of Android. If the Developer Options is not shown on your device, read this tip: How to Enable Developer Options on Android
