Flipboard Briefing on the home screen of Galaxy Note 4 is where you can view your favorite top news at a glance in one place. To disable Flipboard on Note 4 home screen, do as follows:

 

0. Note that, to access the Flipboard Briefing on your Note4, you just need to go the first page of the home screen and then swipe right
1. Press and hold the Recent Apps button for 2 or 3 seconds(It's left to the home button)
2. Tap the Home screen settings button on the bottom right
3. Now, to disable flipboard on Note4 simply unmark the Flipboard Briefing option
