How to Get the Screen Off Memo on Note 4
The screen off memo feature on Galaxy Note 5 lets you take notes even if the screen is off. But do the older Note versions support this feature? Officially No (yet), but unofficially you need to do as follows to enable screen off memo on Note 4 (as well as Note 3 and Note Edge):
