Thanks to the temperature and humidity sensors on Galaxy S4, you can measure the environment situation and see if humidity or temperature is low, high or normal. Do as follows to see what your comfort level is:

 

1. Open "S Heath" App

2. Tap on the icon on the top left (shown on the screen shot below)

3. Tap Comfort Level

4. Check out the current Humidity and Temperature

 

As specified on the screen, note that the values will change depending on your environment and physical contact with the device
