Galaxy Note 2, Note 8 come with great features by using S Pen. Quick commands lets you set shortcut for tasks. to Open Quick Commands on Galaxy Note 8 and open applications or toggle system settings off or On, do as follows:

1. Drag down the notification bar using your S Pen

2. There you should see "Recommended Shortcuts (S Pen)

3. Tap the last icon (Check the screen shot below)

 

Note that, there is an easier way to open Quick Commands, which is to: Swipe Up with your stylus, while holding the S Pen button (The button is located on the side of the S Pen). Now you can write a command followed by a keyword
