How to Turn Off Always On Display in Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge


 

 

 

 

 

The Always On Display on Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge turns on specific pixels of your device and show you information like missed notifications, battery percentage and time, when the screen is off. To turn on / turn off Always On Display in Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, do as follows:

 

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel, and tap the Downward Arrow icon on the top (next to the Settings icon, to see the entire system toggle buttons)
2. Find the Always On Display toggle button and make sure to toggle it off, if you want to disable and turn off Always On Display in Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge
Note that, you can also access the AoD settings from this path: Settings > Display > Always On display and toggle it On/off. You may also customize the content to be shown when the screen is off from this menu.
