Alcatel OneTouch Series is mainly known by Idol family, and today Alcatel added 2 new handsets to the Idol series as well as a wearable smartphone called Pop Fit.

These new devices are targeting the users who are looking for mid-range devices and considering just by the specifications, design and build quality, we are guessing Alcatel could get a fair market share at the end of 2014.
Idol 2 will be available in April or May for about $274, while the LTE-enabled version gets a $342 price tag. The little brother, Idol 2 Mini, seems to be launching sooner than Idol 2 and you need to pay $232 for the 3G model and $287 for the LTE-enabled model.
Now, let’s take a look at Alcatel’s new wearable smartphone, Alcatel OneTouch Pop Fit. Unlike its long name, it only has a 2.8-inch QVGA display equipped with a bundle of accessories including colorful back covers, semi-transparent flip covers, armband case and JBL earphones, as well as a software bundle including RunKeeper GPS tracking app, DoubleTwist music player and Fleksy keyboard.
