1. HTC Might Release its Next Flagship in Late March at New York City

The next flagship of HTC will be definitely HTC One’s successor, and according to latest @evleaks Tweet we might be seeing the new device in late March at an event in New York City.

HTC M8, HTC One 2 and HTC One+ are the expected names for this new device, and it reportedly features a 5inch display with 1080p resolution (we are confident enough that HTC won’t go for a 2K screen), enhanced camera with a dual lens, and powered by a snapdragon 800 processor.

2. HTC M8 to be the Frist HTC Device to Have On-Screen Buttons

First physical buttons, then capacitive buttons, and now it seems it’s time for HTC to equip its new devices with on-Screen buttons instead of capacitive buttons we’ve recently seen on HTC One family and HTC One X.

If HTC uses the on-screen buttons, it means HTC M8 will have smaller size than HTC One, although it may be at least 0.3” bigger. So, we should wait until end of March to see what the on-screen Back, Menu and Multi-Tasking buttons look like on an HTC device.

3. Pebble Appstore Coming Soon to Android, to Hit iOS Tonight

Pebble smartwatch has 2 main advantages over other available smartwatches, which are the affordable price and compatibility with both Android and iOS platforms.

According to Pebble Twitter account, the Pebble Appstore is ready and will be rolled out today at at 10am PST for iOS. They have also mentioned the Android version will be launching very soon, but we still don’t know how many days “very soon” means.

Speaking of the iOS version, you are limited to install up to 8 applications from the store to avoid cluttered navigation on such small screen.

The new Pebble appstore supports both the original Pebble and the recently shipped Pebble Steel smartwatch.
