Another month and another Google’s report about the distribution of Android platform versions. According to the report, based on the Android devices visited Google Play Store during a 7-day period ending on May 1, KitKat is keeping its growing pace and has reached to 8.5% which is a 3.2 growth over the previous month. As expected the Jelly Bean versions are still at the top of the chart running on more than 60% of Android devices, as the number of devices running Gingerbread and Ice Cream Sandwich are declining and reached 16.2% and 13.4% respectively.

3. Sony Xperia Z2 Finally Goes On Sale Across Europe
We don’t know why, but Sony doesn’t seem to have a proper releasing plan for its flagships, as their latest flagship, Xperia Z2, has not yet been distributed worldwide and according to the Japanese latest statement, it is not going to happen soon at least in the U.S. market.
But the story is different here in Europe, and Sony Mobile Stores across Europe have already started selling the Sony’s masterpiece to the customers. The price tag is slightly different in different markets as you have to pay £599 in the UK to buy the Xperia Z2, while German users can get it for €679 and the handset is available in France and Italy for €699.
Since it’s just the beginning of the launch, you should expect limited inventory and some stores are already out of stock.
