The 2year contract for the Verizon’s HTC One Max will cost you $299, while you need to pay $599 for the unlocked version offered by Verizon.
The device is available from today and you can also the phablet member of HTC One family with the Verizon Edge plan for $25.22 a month.

2. Unconfirmed Price and Launch Time for Sony Xperia Z1S
Xperia Z1S seems to kind of a big deal for Sony, and they are making their best to draw attentions to the mini version of Z1 by leaking different news and rumors about the device occasionally.
A Chinese source, who has been responsible for the previous leaks about Z1S, claims the device will be available in first quarter of year 2014, with $590 as the price tag.
Google made a huge move to encourage the developers to produce optimized-for-tablets-applications by adding the “Designed for Tablets” tab for fully tablet compatible apps. On the other side, other applications (which haven’t been optimized) will be tagged as “Designed for Phones”.
