2. US Cellular Offers Galaxy S4 Mini at $50 on Contract
US Cellular joined Verizon and Sprint, as the 3rd U.S. carrier to offer the Galaxy S4 Mini both on contract and Unsubsidized. Available colors are Black Mist and White Frost, and you need to pay #49.99 with a 2year contract, or $499.99 for the unlocked version with no contract.
