Unlike Best Buy or Amazon which offer the standard version of Moto X (Best Buy is now providing the option to customize and setup your Motoi X), you can now customize and design your device and pay $100 less than the initial price.
Update: Sprint and US Cellular are also offering Moto X for $99.99 which can be reduced to $24.99 at US Cellular if you opt to open a new line. Speaking of the other 2 major US carriers, Verizon is still selling for the same old price ($199.99) and T-Mobile is also offering the unlocked Moto X for $599.99.

2.Which U.S. Galaxy Devices Get Jelly Bean 4.3? And When?
According to a leaked schedule which shows Samsung’s roadmap for updating its Galaxy devices to Jelly Bean 4.3 and adding the Galaxy Gear support, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy S 3, Galaxy S 4 and Galaxy S4 Active on 4 U.S. carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile) are the devices to be updated by the end of the year. The first device to get the JB 4.3 update is Galaxy S4 on Verizon (Scheduled at 10/28) and the last one is Galaxy S4 Active on AT&T (Scheduled at 12/24)
Note that the dates in the schedule below are subject to change.
3. Galaxy Note 3 on Sprint Receive and Update to Fix Some Bugs
Sprint rolled out the Galaxy Note 3 update to fix some bugs. Here are change logs: call audio improvements, and some improvements in keyboard handwriting mode (including fixing the broken handwriting mode and change the theme on the keyboard).
