1. Jelly Bean 4.3 Update for Galaxy S3 and S4 in The Europe
It seems Samsung has fixed all the Jelly Bean 4.3 issues and has started the update for Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 in some European countries. The update is still limited to some areas (only via KIES) and you should be waiting a little longer for the wider release and the OTA update.
2. Huawei To Equip G750 with a True Octa-core CPU
While we were expecting the next generation of Ascend P6 to be equipped with a true Octa-core CPU, it seems Huawei keeps the CPU for another device. G750 is the Huawei device which is believed to be equipped with the MediaTek Octa-core processor and be named the first smart phone with a true Octa-core performance.

3. Rose Gold and Red Are Now Available For the Galaxy Note 3 in Argentina
Samsung officially released the Rose Gold (White Gold) and Red versions of Galaxy Note 3 in Argentina. The good news is Samsung is planning to release both colors sometime in January worldwide.
So, we have now 5 options to choose as the color of Galaxy Note 3: Black, White, Pink, Red, and Gold.
