AW Center’s main focus is on Android Widgets and the way to make your home screen more beautiful and eye catching. But aside from Widgets, there is another important factor to have a unique home screen, which is setting a suitable Background. Background HD Wallpapers is one of the best Background apps and HD Wallpapers for Android which provide thousands of backgrounds in different categories for every taste. I myself personally don’t like adding different backgrounds and changing it every day! But this app with its great offers made me check the app very often to see if I can find a better background or not, and now it is one of my favorite apps.
There are more than 30 available categories which you can look in to them separately to find what suits you the best. Some categories are: Buildings, Paintings, People, Pink, Sea, Sky, Nature, Cats Dogs, Colorful and many more.
When tapping a background you get to do these actions: Set it as wallpaper (for Both Home and lock screen or either of them), set as contact picture, save, share the background link with friends, and set it as your favorite (You can reach your favorite background later in the Favorites).
Recent tab shows the latest background and another good feature is that you are notified by push alerts when new backgrounds arrive. The search bar enables you to find backgrounds based on the keywords you provide.
If you open “Settings” you understand that you can even notice how much the size of local cached file is and you can easily clear cached contents (Since it loads hundreds of wallpapers, it is necessary to clear cached files once in a while). You can also change the image save directory and it is suggested to change it to a folder on Memory SD card (if your device supports SD card).
To install Background HD Wallpapers on your Android phone or tablet, your device must have Android 1.6 or above (Donut, Froyo, Ginger Bread, Honey Comb, Ice Cream Sandwiches, Jelly Bean) . It means almost all the Android devices can install this app and enjoy it
