You can freely create a new home screen anytime but if you don't want to go all around creating a theme from zero, Buzz Launcher simply has a repository for user-generated content that you can freely use. All home screens are organized in their respective categories. There are also sections that you can find Staff Picks, Hot home screens and New ones.
If you ever wanted multiple home screens each having their independent styles, Buzz Launcher lets you do this in no time. Easily assign independent wallpapers to each home screen and let them have custom Grid sizes up to 12 x 12. If you need a transition effect while you scroll between home screens, Buzz Launcher can also do that. Not to mention the transition effects as the wallpapers blend into each other is pretty fluid. Access these settings in the Decor/Wallpaper menu by double tapping the home screen. The app also lets you enable/disable status bar, page indicator, the doc bar and icon labels. Like most Android launchers, Buzz Launcher lets you resize desktop widgets & icons as well. To do that, simply long-press a widget/icon and choose Resize from the opening popup menu. There are also options to Edit and to Remove in this menu.

Verdict
Pros: The sharing feature is really a great idea. Anyone can easily use different home screens created by other users. We also liked independent home screen customization.
Cons: It takes a little time to get familiar with UI. Also this application is not tablet optimized (Except for nexus 7 series).
