The Football Association, FIFA, finally released its long waiting Android football application with so many cool features, like: News, World Match Centre, FIFA World Cup, and FIFA Ranking.
The FIFA Android application really covers all the important aspects of football (soccer in the U.S.) and we really couldn't think of any other Android Football Application, the second we start using FIFA.
Other than providing comprehensive news, photos and videos about the football all around the world, we really liked the Live Score Center (called World Match Centre). It covers almost every game played in any country and as far as the developers claim, FIFA covers 197 leagues around the world.
Full line ups, Referee, Minute-by-minute report, and Match events including goals scorers, assistants, bookings and substitutes are all covered for the games (The details may vary for some leagues).
You can also select some teams or leagues as favorite to get access to their data easier.
FIFA Android football application also supports the National teams stats. For example if you select England, you'll get access to the latest result, standings and world ranking of England Men's team, Women's, Men and Women U20, Men and Women U17, Men's and Women's Futsal, Beach Soccer, and Beach Soccer Women.
The FIFA Ranking ( FIFA Coca-Cola World Ranking) is updated almost every month and you can easily see the top teams in both Men's and Women's, as well as National Teams rankings in each confederation separately. Spain, Germany and Argentina are the top 3 Men's teams as of 28/11/13.
Our favorite FIFA application part is FIFA World Cup which brings latest news about the upcoming football festival in the Brazil. FIFA also announced that they will be streaming the Final Draw to your phone via FIFA application. For now, you can see a count down and some information about the qualified teams and the schedule.
Explore FIFA is the last but not the least. Here you'll get to know more about FIFA and its objectives to build a better future by developing the football all around the world.
FIFA is a Must Have Android Football application and if you want to follow latest matches of your favorite teams, access to FIFA video archives, and get the latest Football news, then FIFA is your first and best option.
The user interface is really friendly and landscape mode is enabled only when using an Android tablet.
