
Google (Nexus)
No surprise the very first devices to get the Android 5.0 updates are the Nexus series. Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 are all getting the update starting from November 10th and of course both Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 will be shipped running the Lollipop. Devices with pure Android, AKA Google Play Edition devices, will be the other Google-related phones and tablets to be updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Update (Nov, 13): Google has just started rolling out the Android 5.0 update to Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (Both 2012 and 2013 models), and Nexus 10.
Motorola
Update (Nov, 13): And the update is now available for the Pure Edition of the Moto X 2014 , US and Global GSM versions of the 2014 Moto G.
LG
Today, the Korean OEM surprised everyone by announcing the availability of Android 5.0 Lollipop for the LG G3 by the end of week. The update is scheduled to hit the Polish users first, and the rest of the world will follow in the near future.
HTC
Update January: HTC has just begun rolling out the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update for the both Devleoper Edition and Unlocked version of HTC One M8, and according to the change log, after downloading about 600MB of update file, redesigned lock screen notifications, smart lock, redesigned recent apps menu, and lots of new animations are the new features you can enjoy on your One M8.
Update: Th e European version of HTC One M8 is now receiving the update which weighs about 780MB and you just need to check the Software Update and install the latest version
Samsung
Update (Dec 4):
Good news to Samsung Galaxy S5 users who live in Poland, as the Android 5.0 Lollipop has been reportedly (by SamMobile) hit their devices. Poland is the first country to receive the update and we believe other European countries will follow soon
Update January: Samsung Galaxy S5 users in UK should be expecting to get the Andoird 5.0 anytime from now. So, the United Kingdom joins Poland, Spain, Russia, and Malaysia which have already delivered the Lollipop updated to their respective users.
Update February:
And the Android Lollipop update train just stopped at the Galaxy Note 4 station. If you live in Poland, check the Update Software menu and update your Galaxy Note 4 to latest Android version OTA. The rest should wait for Samsung to roll out the update globally.
Sony
Update March: Sony starts the Xperia Z series Lollipop update, as Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact, as well as Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Z2, and Z2 Tablet start receiving the Android 5.0.2 update. Since this a gradual update, you may have to wait a little longer if the update has not been rolled out to your region/carrier yet.
Huawei (Update March)
The Chinese mobile manufacturer has some good news to share to the Ascend Mate7, P7, Mate 2 and G7 users. The mentioned handsets are all getting the Android Lollipop update in the coming months. According to the plan, the Ascend Mate 7 will be first to receive the Android 5 update sometime in May, and then Ascned P7 and Mate 2 will get the update from July and starting from September the update will be rolled out to the Ascend G7 which is already running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
