Google is the default search engine in Safari on iPhone and iPad. To change search engine in Safari on iPhone and set it to Yahoo!, Bing or DuckDuckGo, do as follows:
1. Open the Settings application on your iOS device
2. Scroll down to the list of default apps on your iPhone or iPad, and tap to open the Safari settings
3. Now, under the Search settings, tap the Search Engine option and change the default search engine on iPhone or iPad. (as of now, available search engines for Safari are: Google, Yahoo, Bing, and DuckDuckGo)
