Your kids may have easier access to your iPad than your iPhone, and iTunes Store is full games with in-app purchases options. So, how to disable in-app purchases on iPad? So, you no longer have to worry about unwanted purchases. Do as follows to block, turn off and disable in-app purchases on iPad and other iOS running devices (iPhone and iPod Touch):
1. Open the Settings application and head to the General settings
2. Scroll down to the middle of the page and tap the Restrictions option
3. If it is your first time using the "Restrictions" option, you have to set a password to enable it. Otherwise, simply type your password (Which is recommended to be different than your pass code)
4. Scroll down to In-App Purchases toggle button and make sure it is disabled.
Tip: If you don't want to block in-app-purchase, but want to have control over it, tap the Password Settings option under the Allowed Content settings, and make sure the Always Require options is chosen for the Purchase and in-app purchase settings.
