Parallax Effect is a new feature on iOS 7 which moves the wallpaper based on the way you hold your iPhone. If it bothers your eyes, do as follows to turn off and disable Parallax Effect on iPhone running iOS 7 and later:
1. Open the Settings application and go to the General settings
2. Scroll down to the Accessibility option and open it
3. Under the Vision settings, tap the Reduce Motion option
4. Turn off the Reduce Motion to disable Parallax Effect on iPhone devices
