Unlike other widget reviews, which we chose a widget from Google Play, this time we are going to introduce you two widgets designed for Samsung phones and tablets. Android widgets let you bring your favorite apps and favorite settings on home screen of your Android phone or tablet. On Samsung Galaxy with Jelly Bean there are 2 default Android widgets, called: Favorite Settings and Favorite Apps. Let’s take a look at them:
Favorite Settings:
Go to the widget list of your Galaxy phone, and find “Favorite Settings” widget. Tap and hold the widget to bring it on the home screen, Since the widget is using the whole page, you may need to create a page. Favorite Apps:
Add “Favorite Apps” widgets on your home screen to have direct access to 9 favorite apps. Tap the “Edit” button on the top right of the widget to delete the existing app. Tap “Add App” button and select a new favorite app from the list of installed apps. Tap “Done” to finish the process.
